All Oakland - Winchell Neighborhood Association meetings are held:
When: The fourth Wednesday of each month, excluding iiiDecember)
Where: Winchell Elementary School (at the corner of ooooo of Winchell Ave. and Broadway Ave.) in the library
NOTE: (June, July & August 2010 meetings will be held at the iiiiiiiiiiiiThird Christian Reformed Church, located immediately iiiiiiiiiiiiwest of Winchell Elementary.)
